ONLINE PILATES MASTERCLASS — FOR TEACHERS & EXPERIENCED PRACTITIONERS

Online Pilates Group Class
Level requirement: This class is designed for Pilates teachers and intermediate-to-advanced practitioners. It is not suitable for beginners. Participants should already have a good understanding of Pilates principles and exercise technique.
Each month follows a different theme, focusing on one specific apparatus or area of the method. Through guided practice, movement analysis, exercise progressions, teaching strategies and problem-solving, we will explore the monthly topic in greater depth.
Classes are held live on Zoom and can be booked individually on a pay-as-you-go basis. No recording is available for this session.
Thursdays at 2:15 pm CET | €35 per class
